• EL PORTAL THEATRE, North Hollywood, CA
Renovation of the historic El Portal Theatre. Included restoration of all decorative elements, including
marquee, stage, and house painting. Also included installation of new plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and
fire systems.
Valuation: $6,000,000.
• SAN GABRIEL CIVIC AUDITORIUM IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, San Gabriel, CA
Renovation of the historic San Gabriel Civic Auditorium. Included complete restoration of the decorative
ceiling and all decorative elements. Also included installation of new HVAC and electrical systems.
Administered FEMA, CDBG, and PVEA funding.
