Introducing Steve Berg, Master Builder

Working summers as an apprentice carpenter while attending UCLA, Steve Berg observed the many rights and wrongs in the building industry. He embraced the requisite disciplines of construction, engineering, real estate and design in developing and refining his expertise and philosophy on what constitutes good building practices. Now, with over 30 years experience in the business, Steve has built a reputation and a company that puts his vision into practice. Not only does this company continue to produce high caliber luxury homes, it has branched out into other challenging fields, such as sports stadiums, historic theatre restorations and tenant improvements.

    After 25 years building in California, Steve Berg relocated to Arizona and following the successful formula created by his grandfather, has gathered a diverse team of industry experts whose goal is to provide our customers with the highest caliber home possible.

     Focusing on new construction, additions and remodeling, esp. in historical rich districts, Steve brings the lessons learned from the high pressure scheduling demands of such projects as the Rose Bowl Improvement Project, El Portal Theatre Restoration and others to the home building field. Having completed hundreds of luxury homes in Arizona and California as well as historic renovations, Steve has developed a vision and a process in providing the home buyer with the ultimate building experience. In assembling the team behind Shenandoah Homes, he has gathered together those industry experts who share this vision to build the absolutely highest quality, crafted homes as well as homeowners equity and trust. Steve gives back, using his experience to benefit the communities he works in. From consulting with the cities of Pasadena and San Gabriel; serving on the Pasadena Economic Development Committee, the Rose Bowl Operating Committee, and now, the Gilbert Design Review Board and Heritage District Guidelines Committee; the Gilbert Small Business Alliance to the 2011 20yr General Plan, he uses his expertise and wide background in construction to improve the comunity and increase it's commercial base.
