2. Design is a collaborative effort
Your home is unique to you and your family. Our designers will work with you to determine your tastes and needs. The design of your new home, addition or remodel will emerge through this collaborative effort and we will not rest until you are 100% satisfied. Even if you change your mind later, we’ll go back to the drawing board until we get it right. If you already have a design, we will be happy to work with your designer in bringing that vision to life, too.
3. Our clients deserve the highest quality product possible.
A disturbing trend in the construction industry is what we call the “settle” philosophy … too many builders “settle” for mediocrity in their workers, suppliers and subcontractors. At Shenandoah Homes, we expect and demand excellence, from ourselves as well as our trade partners.

If you have to ask your cousin who once worked summers stacking drywall on a construction site whether your builder is constructing your home properly, you’ve got serious problems.
